Slow cooked. Big flavour.
Savour our mouthwatering, slow-cooked birria tacos, loaded with bold flavour and served with our rich, authentic consommé dipping sauce.
Birria tacos, a vibrant and mouth-watering dish from Jalisco, Mexico, have taken the culinary world by storm. These tacos are filled with tender, slow-cooked beef, chicken or Vegan ChickPeas that's marinated in a rich, flavorful sauce made from a blend of dried chillies, spices, and herbs. The filling is cooked until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, and then served in warm authentic Mexican corn tortillas.
